Get help deciding what to build, improve, or stop working on. We’ll look at your product, prototype, or idea and work through one decision together. I draw on over twenty years in product and design, including building and running Slate and Rams, to help you leave with a clear next step.

Focus

• What to ship: examine a proposed release, challenge its assumptions, and identify the smallest version worth putting in front of customers.
• Where purchases break down: walk through onboarding, the trial, and the paywall to identify friction and decide what to test first.
• What deserves more time: review the evidence behind a feature or product before committing another month of development.

Preparation

Send a link to your app or prototype, a little context, and the main decision you want to make. Choose one priority so we can give it the attention it needs.

Outcome

We’ll finish by stating the decision, the tradeoffs behind it, and the next action or experiment that could change your mind. This is a working conversation; implementation, a written report, and ongoing support are not included.
