Session terms

The service

HSLA0001 Inc. provides focused 1:1 product advice delivered by Eli Rousso for founders and independent builders. A session can cover product direction, scope, onboarding, pricing, distribution, or building with AI. The standard session lasts 60 minutes.

Requesting and confirming

Book through Cal.com by choosing an available time, providing your details and session context, and accepting the session terms before payment. The booking flow shows the date, time, time zone, meeting arrangements, and fee. Sending an email alone is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or an obligation to pay. Any expressly agreed differences in a written agreement take precedence over this page.

Fees and payment

The advertised fee is $3,000 USD for a 60-minute session. Payment is due in full at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. The total payable, including any applicable taxes, will be disclosed before payment. Payment through Cal.com is processed by Stripe for HSLA0001 Inc. A time is confirmed only after payment succeeds and a booking confirmation is issued. A session does not create a subscription, retainer, or ongoing engagement.

Changes and cancellations

Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund of the session fee. Later cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Rescheduling arrangements will be confirmed in the written booking agreement before payment. If I cannot provide the session, you can choose a replacement time or a refund of the fee paid for that session. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Preparation and scope

Send a product or prototype link, relevant context, and one main decision you want to work through. Only share material you are authorised to disclose. Preparation is limited to the agreed session scope; it is not an exhaustive audit of your product or codebase.

What is included

We will review your question together and use the end of the session to identify priorities and next steps. Implementation, design or development deliverables, a written report, and ongoing support are not included unless separately agreed in writing. You remain responsible for the work and decisions that follow.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your product, code, designs, and materials. Sharing them for a session allows me to review them for that purpose; it does not transfer ownership. I retain ownership of my existing tools and materials, and you may apply the advice to your own work.

Confidentiality and recording

I treat non-public project information shared for a session as confidential and use it to prepare for and provide the service. This does not cover information already public, independently known, or required to be disclosed by law. Your name and project will not be used publicly without permission. Any recording, transcription, or use of an AI meeting assistant must be agreed by both of us in advance. If an NDA is required, it must be agreed before confidential material is shared.

Judgment and outcomes

Advice reflects the information available during the session and my professional judgment. Product examples and past results are not promises of revenue, conversion, growth, or any other outcome. You decide whether and how to act on the advice. The session does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

Questions

For questions about these terms or a session, email e@elirousso.com. Raise any concern about the service directly so we can work through it. Changes to this page do not retroactively change an existing booking agreement.
