HSLA0001 Inc. is responsible for the information described in this notice. It covers elirousso.com and its newsletter. Separate products, including Slate and Rams, have their own privacy policies.
Newsletter
When you sign up, I store your email address, when you signed up, and which site you signed up from. I use it only to send the newsletter and to keep track of whether you have unsubscribed. I do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also email e@elirousso.com to unsubscribe or to have your address deleted.
Website data
The site does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site.
Service providers
Newsletter sign-ups are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. The site is hosted by Vercel. When the newsletter is sent, an email delivery provider will process your address to deliver it.
Sharing
Your information may be disclosed to the providers above, where required by law, or as reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or security.
Retention and security
Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
Email e@elirousso.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Identity verification may be needed before responding. This notice will be updated when the practices described here change.
