Scope
HSLA0001 Inc. is responsible for the session information described in this notice. This notice covers elirousso.com and session enquiries handled by Eli Rousso in New York City. Separate products, including Slate and Rams, have their own privacy policies.
Information you provide
When you send a session request, I receive your email address, your message, and any links, files, or project details you include. If we arrange a session, our correspondence may also include your name, company, scheduling details, and billing information. Share only material you have permission to share; please do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary personal information about other people.
How it is used
I use this information to reply, assess whether a session is a good fit, prepare for and provide the session, arrange scheduling and payment, and maintain relevant business records. A session enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Website data
The current site does not include a Google Analytics or advertising tracking script. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. This is separate from the information you send by email.
Service providers
The booking button opens Cal.com, which processes your booking information, including contact details, answers, and the selected time. Stripe processes payment and associated billing information for HSLA0001 Inc.; full card details are not collected by this website. Connected calendar and meeting providers process the information needed to schedule and deliver the call. Their identities are shown in the booking flow. Email and hosting providers also process information needed to deliver their services.
Sharing
I do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed to providers helping deliver the service, where required by law, or as reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or security. I will not use your name or project in public case studies without permission.
Retention and security
Enquiry and session information is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, provide the service, and meet relevant recordkeeping or legal obligations. You can request deletion; some records may need to be retained for those obligations. No email or online service can guarantee absolute security.

Newsletter subscriptions, social links, linked shop retailers, and software products are operated under their own privacy notices. Visiting those destinations may involve different cookies, analytics, or data practices. This notice does not describe their services.
Your choices and contact
Email e@elirousso.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Identity verification may be needed before responding. This notice will be updated when the practices described here change.
